After working for 3 years as a civil engineer, Josh decided to pursue his passion in fitness and become a Personal Trainer. He became a Personal Trainer because he wishes to give people what fitness had given him - a new found confidence and some muscles to show for it! After ticking off a few goals of his own, Josh aims to empower others by providing them with the wisdom they need to achieve their best selves.
Josh values building long term sustainable habits to help people achieve their goals whether they are a beginner or intermediate trainee. He is ready to help realise your full potential.
