Free sessions are typically offered only to new members of our partnered gyms. Old members who have not redeemed a free complimentary session are also eligible. Fill out our Consultation Form!

To train at our partnered facilities, you will require a gym membership to that particular gym. Otherwise, a gym membership is not necessary. We still offer mobile and online training with programs that could be completed at home, at a local park or other locations with limited equipment other than a commercial gym.

There are benefits to both face to face training and online training. Depending on your experience level, face to face training may be more beneficial. Online training may be advantageous where a coach is not available near you.

We tailor our training plans and approaches based on the individual’s training experience whether they are a beginner or not - no experience is required beforehand.

This ultimately depends on your lifestyle, schedule and your personal goals. The more days you do with a personal trainer as a beginner, the more expedited your learning process, and the quicker you will be able to achieve gym independence.
